- Yes, in the large majority of cases. During onboarding we review your current site, hosting, and CMS. If something is genuinely outside what a platform supports, we’ll tell you upfront rather than after taking on the request.
- Yes — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and hand-coded or custom-built sites are all in scope. If you don’t know what your site runs on, that’s fine — we’ll identify it for you.
- Yes. Consultants, coaches, authors, speakers, executives, and creators all use our Personal Website Management service to keep their biography, portfolio, and contact details current.
- Turnaround depends on your plan, from next-business-day on Business plans to 3–5 business days on Essential. Larger requests are scoped and scheduled with you upfront.
- Business and Enterprise plans include priority support for urgent issues like a broken form or a site outage. If you’re on Essential or Professional and hit an emergency, contact us — we’ll do what we can and can also discuss upgrading your plan.
- Yes — technical SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, structured content) is included from the Professional plan up. We also publish content that supports SEO as part of your update requests.
- Yes. Performance optimization — image compression, Core Web Vitals, unused scripts, mobile responsiveness — is part of the Professional plan and above, and available as a standalone engagement.
- Yes, through our Web Operations service — booking systems, membership platforms, client portals, forms, and integrations are all things we can maintain and support alongside your website.
- New pages and small features are usually covered within your monthly request allowance. Larger builds (a new web application, a full redesign) are scoped as a separate project, with ongoing support folded into your plan afterward.
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contract.
- We work with your existing hosting provider by default. If you need hosting recommendations or a migration, we can advise and help coordinate that as part of onboarding.
- Yes — website and hosting migrations are handled as a scoped onboarding project, separate from your ongoing monthly plan.
- That’s common, and not a blocker. Identifying your platform, hosting, and domain setup is part of how we onboard every new client.
